The front edge of the door frame on the Long John Silvers fry station freezer was soiled with food residue. The handle of the sprayer on the food preparation sink was soiled with grime. The counter was soiled with food debris between the two Henny Penny hot holding units on the customer service line counter. The exteriors of both Henny Penny hot holding units that held BBQ chicken and pot pies were soiled with greasy food residue.
