Inspector Comments:
Employee food and beverages were stored above bags of flour on the shelf located outside of the walk-in refrigerator located in the chicken breading area. Employee food and beverages were stored above coleslaw in the walk-in refrigerator located across from the ware washing area.
Corrective action: discussed with the person in charge that employee food and beverages need be stored below food, clean linens, single-use items, and clean dishes.

Corrective action: discussed proper hand washing procedures with the person in charge.

- Fries and hush puppies (90-100°F) and chicken (110°F) measured below the minimum hot holding temperature of 135°F and time was not properly maintained as a method of food safety. Corrective action: Manager discarded the food items and discussed discarding food items with in proper time constraints if items aren't being hot held above 135°F.
