Inspector Comments: Shredded cheese was stored at 46°F in the cold well in the kitchen. Coleslaw was stored at 54°F in the cold well in the kitchen. Inspector had employee move the shredded cheese and coleslaw to the walk in refrigerator to cool to 41°F or below before returning to the cold top refrigerator.
