Inspector Comments: Water (60°F) at the combined faucet hand sink located to the right of the drive-thru station did not reach at least 100°F. Corrective Action: The facility agreed to submit a work order to correct the issue and to use a different hand sink at the drive thru in the meantime.

Inspector Comments: The facility did not have written procedures for non-continuous cooking of chicken tenders that were prepared and stored that: 1. have obtained prior approval from the health department; 2. describe how the requirements of time and temperature are to be monitored and documented by the facility and the corrective actions to be taken if requirements are not met; 3. describe how the partially cooked foods are to be marked as foods that must be cooked; and 4. describe how the partially cooked foods are to be separated from ready-to-eat foods. Corrective action: The inspector emailed the facility a checklist for plan creation and agreed to look into approval for the procedure.

Coleslaw (54-58°F) located in the reach-in refrigerator under the dessert toppings measured greater than 41°F. Corrective Action: The coleslaw was voluntarily condemned. The facility agreed to service the refrigerators.
