Inspector Comments: A large container of cooked rice placed within the right walk-in cooler overnight to cool measured 43°F to 48°F. Also, a large container of cooked peas and carrots placed within the right walk-in cooler overnight to cool measured 45°F to 50°F. The person in charge discarded the rice and peas and stated they would ensure all food products are cooled in accordance to their cooling procedure moving forward, violation corrected.
