Inspector Comments: An employee at the service line was observed touching their hat and then proceeded to handle food without first washing hands. Corrective Action: The inspector reviewed proper hand washing times with the person in charge.

Inspector Comments: The following food items stored in the reach in refrigerator located near the dry storage area were stored between 45-52°F: sliced turkey (48°F), sliced cheese (45°F), sausage patties (52°F), and cut tomatoes (49°F). Ambient temperature: 48°F Corrective Action: The above food items were immediately moved to the walk-in refrigerator to keep the temperature below 41°F.

Inspector Comments: Egg whites were 52-55°F by the egg griddle. The egg whites were moved to inside a refrigerator. Hot dogs were 48°F and shredded cheese was 48°F in the walk-in refrigerator. The lids were removed to help the food get colder.

The hand sink in the front service counter was observed as having been used as dump sink as evidenced by smoothie juice blend in the basin. The hand sink in the back kitchen by the food preparation counters was observed as having been used as a dump sink as evidenced by liquid coffee present in the basin.
