Inspector Comments: Three dented cans were stored with wholesome cans on the can rack in the dry storage area. Staff removed the dented cans and discussed a dented can morgue and options for opening dropped cans right away.

Inspector Comments: Cooked hamburgers measured 110°F in the warmer across from the point of service area. Hamburgers were not out of the required temperature for longer than 4 hours and were reheated in the oven to above 135°F.

An employee next to the serving line was observed washing their hands for less than 15 seconds. An employee throughout the kitchen area was observed donning clean gloves without first washing their hands in between multiple tasks.
