Inspector Comments: The following items were above 41°F for more than 4 hours in the open air refrigerator to the left of the cash machine: Kraft cheese singles (52°F), salami snack packs (50°F), lunchables (51°F), and string cheese (52°). All items were discarded. Discussed cold holding temperatures with the manager.
