Inspector Comments: 2-401.11 Eating, Drinking, or Using Tobacco (C) - An employee beverage was stored on the preparation table during active food preparation. - Employee food was stored above consumer food in the walk-in refrigerator. Corrective action: The above employee items were moved to approved locations.

Inspector Comments: 2-301.14 When to Wash (P) - An employee was observed not washing their hands upon returning to food preparation after using the restroom. Corrective action: The employee was educated on when to wash their hands. 2-301.15 Where to Wash (Pf) - An employee stated that the three compartment sink is used for hand washing. Corrective action: The employee was educated on using hand sinks for hand washing.

Inspector Comments: 5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf) - The hand sink in the preparation area was blocked with a chair upon inspection. Corrective action: An employee moved the chair to make the hand sink accessible. 6-301.11 Handwashing Cleanser, Availability (Pf) - Soap was not available at the hand sink in the preparation area. Corrective action: An employee provided soap. 6-301.14 Handwashing Signage (C) - Hand washing signage was not present at the hand sink in the restroom. Corrective action: The inspector provided signage.
