Paper towels were not available at the hand sink next to the three compartment sink.
Corrective action: The person in charge refilled the paper towels.

Four dented cans of pumpkin were stored with wholesome cans on the dry storage shelf in the dry storage area.
Corrective action: Discussed dented can policy with the person in charge. The cans were moved to be returned.

Bottled juices that are packaged in the facility were not properly labeled in the single door reach-in refrigerator near the point of sale area.
Corrective action: Discussed labeling all bottles with the common name of the food, the ingredient list, net quantity, name of manufacturer, and any allergen contents with the person in charge.
