Inspector Comments: A hand sink in the front kitchen area was missing a sign that reminded employees to wash their hands.
Corrective Action: A sign was provided to the operator.
An employee in the front kitchen area was observed disposing sanitizer solution into the hand washing sink.
Corrective Action: Hand sink usage was discussed with the employee.
