Inspector Comments: The following hand sinks did not have proper signage stating that employees must wash their hands: the hand sink adjacent to the three compartment ware washing sink, the ware washing hand sink across from the mechanical ware washing machine, and the restroom hand sink.

Inspector Comments: A spray bottle of all purpose cleaner was stored on top of refrigeration units adjacent to individual cartons of milk on the front service counter. A spray bottle of all purpose cleaner was stored next to clean bowls on the shelf beneath the three compartment ware washing sink drain board. A spray bottle of all purpose cleaner was stored on a food preparation table in the kitchen area. Corrective action: all of the chemical spray bottles were relocated to approved locations.
