Inspector Comments: 2-301.14 When to Wash (P) - The drive-through kitchen staff was observed taking a drink from their beverage and failed to wash hands before performing other tasks. Corrective action: Inspector discussed required times to wash hands with staff member.

Inspector Comments: 6-301.12 Hand Drying Provision (Pf) - Paper towels were not provided in the men's bathroom at the time of the inspection. Corrective action: Paper towels were replaced in the bathroom.

4-903.11(A) Equipment, Utensils, Linens and Single-Service and Single-Use Articles Storing (C) - Clean utensils next to the mechanical dish machine were stored with their food contact surface up and not protected from contamination.
