  • Non-Critical, Minor or Good Retail Practice Violations: These violations are not directly related to the cause of illness or injury, but if uncorrected, could negatively affect the operation of the facility, such as maintenance and cleanliness.

Inspector Comments: 6-301.12 Hand Drying Provision (Pf) - Paper towels were not provided in the men's bathroom at the time of the inspection. Corrective action: Paper towels were replaced in the bathroom.

Inspector Comments: 4-901.11 Equipment and Utensils, Air-Drying Required (C) - Containers on the dish storage rack next to the mechanical dish machine were stacked wet and nested. 4-903.11(A) Equipment, Utensils, Linens and Single-Service and Single-Use Articles Storing (C) - Clean utensils next to the mechanical dish machine were stored with their food contact surface up and not protected from contamination.

Food Temperature Control: Cold hold at 41°f or less
Inspector Comments: Tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce in the reach-in refrigeration unit near the drive thru window measured 45°F. Corrective Action: Foods were relocated to the walk-in refrigerator and the thermostat was adjusted.
