- Raw eggs were stored above cooked ground beef in the two door reach in refrigerator closest to the freezer. Corrective action: Operator rearranged the food items based on their internal cooking temperature.

- Several TCS and ready-to-eat food items in the two door reach in refrigerators were not marked with a discard date. Corrective action: Education was provided on date marking ready-to-eat and TCS food items that are being kept longer than 24 hours and discarding them after seven days.

- Quaternary ammonium test strips were not available for the sanitizer being used in the kitchen. Corrective action: Operator will obtain test strips and email a photo to TCHD. Follow up needed.
