Inspector Comments:
An employee was observed pre-rinsing lunch trays, moving them into the dish machine, and then handling them after they had been sanitized without washing their hands in-between.
Corrective Action: The inspector discussed appropriate handwashing times with the person in charge.

Inspector Comments:
An employee was observed rinsing off lunch trays after they had been sanitized in the dish machine.
Corrective Action: The inspector advised the person in charge to ensure employees allow dishes to air-dry and to not rinse off the sanitizer.

Inspector Comments:
Ice located in a cooler in the seating area and meant to be available for beverages was observed to have a container of cream cheese and a carton of milk stored in it.
Corrective Action: The inspector educated the person in charge that ice used as an ingredient cannot be used to keep items cold.
