Inspector Comments: 5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf) The hand washing sink in the front service area had a hose and sprayer attached to the faucet making it not accessible for hand washing. Corrective action: Educated the person in charge that a hand washing sink should only be used for hand washing and should be accessible for hand washing always. The person in charge removed the hose and sprayer immediately.
