Inspector Comments: 5-202.12 Handwashing Sinks, Installation (Pf) The water (68°F) at the women's hand sink did not measure at least 100°F. Corrective Action: The person in charge agreed to have the hand sink serviced.

Inspector Comments: 3-501.16(A)(2) Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Hot and Cold Holding (P) Containers of guacamole (44-48°F) located on both sides of the cold-top unit measured greater than 41°F. Corrective Action: The person in charge moved the guacamole to the walk-in freezer so they may rapidly cool.
