Inspector Comments: 5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf): A scoop was stored in the basin of the ware washing hand sink. Corrective action: the scoop was removed from the basin of the hand washing sink. 6-301.14 Handwashing Signage (C): The front counter hand washing sink was missing proper signage informing employees to wash their hands. The hand washing sink located in the women's restroom did not have proper signage informing employees to wash their hands.

Inspector Comments: 7-102.11 Common Name-Working Containers (Pf): A spray bottle of glass cleaner was unlabeled as to it's contents on the shelves in the utility room. Corrective action: the chemical spray bottle was labeled as to it's contents.
