Inspector Comments:
The hand sink located across from the small ware washing machine was lacking hand soap upon inspection.
Corrective action: the person in charge restocked the hand sink with hand soap.
The following hand sinks were missing proper signage stating that employees must wash their hands: the hand sink adjacent to the three compartment ware washing sink, the hand sink located in the back food preparation area, and the staff cafeteria area.
