  • Critical, Major, or Foodborne Illness Risk Factor Violations: These violations are more likely than other violations to contribute to illness or injury. Inspectors work with operators to make sure that these violations are corrected whenever feasible before they leave the establishment. A re-inspection may be scheduled to verify compliance.

Inspector Comments: The hand sink located across from the small ware washing machine was lacking hand soap upon inspection. Corrective action: the person in charge restocked the hand sink with hand soap. The following hand sinks were missing proper signage stating that employees must wash their hands: the hand sink adjacent to the three compartment ware washing sink, the hand sink located in the back food preparation area, and the staff cafeteria area.
