Inspectors Comments: Observed canister of half and half on counter at 44F.
Per employee, had been on counter for 1 hour.
To correct the violation, the canister was placed in the reach-in cooler, which was maintaining food at 41 F or below.
Maintain all potentially hazardous foods at or below 41 F or at or above 135F.
Equipment/Utensils - approved; installed; good repair, capacity
All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. All utensils and equipment shall be approved, installed properly, and meet applicable standards. (114130, 114130.1-114130.5, 114132 )
Inspectors Comments: Observed accumulation of ice in small ice cream freezer.
De-ice freezer and maintain equipment in good working order.
