Inspectors Comments: Observed a live adult american cockroach on the floor below the coffee grinding station. The cockroach was eliminated at this time. No additional evidence of cockroach activity was observed at this time. Clean and sanitize the affected area and maintain the facility free of vermin. Perform approved pest control services as necessary.

Inspectors Comments: Hot water at 3 compartment sink measured at 113 F. Hot water was measured at 120 F at end of inspection.
