Inspectors Comments: At the time of the inspection, floor sink was observed to be blocked and over flowing with water at the ice machine. Operator was able to unclog the floor sink immediately. The drain lines from the ice machine were inside the floor sink without a proper air gap. Provide an air gap between the drain lines and the floor sinks.
