Inspectors Comments: Observed accumulation of mold like substance on ice machine interior. Observed water running over substance onto ice. Operator to drain ice immediately and to clean/sanitize machine prior to use.

Inspectors Comments: Observed back handsink missing paper towels and soap. Operator provided paper towels. Provide soap for proper handwashing by 10/25/23. Employees bagging ice/cleaning the ice machine must properly wash hands in the restroom.

Inspectors Comments: Observed latex gloves on shelf near ice machine. Operator states latex gloves are used to bag ice. Discontinue use of latex gloves immediately per 2019 CA ban on latex in food facilities. Provide non latex glove such as nitrile or vinyl.
