b.) Handwashing station near tea storage room does not provide warm water. This sink has been in this condition since the last inspection.
This area of the facility is not currently in use as a food preparation area and the handwashing stations in the food prep areas are functional.

Inspectors Comments: Observed 1 dead cockroach between the mop sink ad the upright cooler. A thorough inspection for vermin was conducted and no further evidence was observed.
