Inspection Information

Inspections are based on regulations that are designed to eliminate risk factors for food borne disease. Each violation of these regulations is listed under the inspection.
Violation Types
Priority (P): The highest risk violations which are directly related to an increased risk of foodborne illness. Examples include improper handwashing, unsafe food temperatures.
Priority foundation (Pf): Violations that can create a high risk (Priority) violation. Examples include lack of soap at a handsink, no calibrated thermometer, no test strips to check sanitizer levels.
Core (C): Lower risk violations. Examples include general maintenance of facility (floors, walls, ceilings).

Correction Requirements: (P) and (Pf) violations must be corrected immediately when possible. Follow-up inspections occur to ensure all of these violations have been resolved if not corrected during the routine inspection. (C) violation corrections are verified at the next routine inspection.

06/07/2023 - ROUTINE INSPECTION
  4-402.11 - CORE
Violation Comments:The handsink is separating from the wall in the dish room. Wall-mounted equipment must be fully sealed to the wall to be smooth and easily cleanable. To correct: Seal the handsink to the wall in the dish room.
12/29/2022 - PROOF OF CORRECTION
12/19/2022 - ROUTINE INSPECTION
  4-302.14 - PRIORITY FOUNDATION
Violation Comments:The facility's test strips are outdated and beginning to discolor. A test kit is required to confirm the concentration of sanitizer solution is within the manufacturers specifications. Sanitizer that is too weak will not effectively kill harmful microorganisms that cause foodborne illness. Sanitizer that is too strong may be toxic. To correct: Obtain new quaternary ammonia test strips.
06/20/2022 - PROOF OF CORRECTION
06/09/2022 - ROUTINE INSPECTION
  6-301.12 - PRIORITY FOUNDATION
Violation Comments:The handwashing sink in the small nook kitchen in the main dining room with the drink dispensers did not have any means to dry hands. The paper towel dispenser was empty. Handwashing sinks must be provided with some means of drying hands to prevent the risk of possible contamination (such as wiping hands dry on shirt). Corrected on site: Paper towel dispenser was refilled.
  5-501.111 - CORE
Violation Comments:The dumpster has a tear along the side, likely caused by rusting, resulting in a hole on one side of the dumpster. Refuse receptacles, like dumpsters, must be maintained in good repair. A damaged receptacle will allow the entry of pests and the exit of trash. To correct: Have dumpster repaired/replaced.
  4-202.11 - CORE
Violation Comments:One of the large cutting boards in the kitchen has become deeply scored and discolored from continual use. Equipment, such as cutting boards, must be kept in a state of good repair. Deep cuts and discoloration mean that it cannot be easily cleaned and retains food residue. To correct: Replace cutting board.
