 Comments:Must not pour anything in hand sink it is for hand washing only (back hand sink) Back hand sink hot water is not working, must have hot water to wash hands until this is fixed employees must use hand sink in the prep area. Hot water must be repaired as soon as possible on this sink.

 Comments:Must have thermometers in all coolers at all times. cooler near ice cream machine is missing thermometer and must be replaced.
